She listens to what you want and then also makes suggestions. And she is very diligent about checking her creations to make sure they are absolutely perfect before she leaves. I really enjoyed meeting her and watching her create a balloon arch masterpiece for my daughter's baby shower. Thanks Haley! The shower was a hit and everyone loved the decorations!!"
